When requesting a quote, tell us whether you need an on-site gathering or want to discuss off-site catering, your preferred service style, food selections, beverage needs, and any dietary restrictions or allergies. Off-site service, equipment, staffing, setup, cleanup, and delivery are subject to confirmation.
Your written proposal should confirm the menu, guest count, service timeline, room or delivery arrangements, total price, applicable charges, payment schedule, and cancellation terms before you book.
