CHICKEN AND WAFFLES
Served with a side of dauphinoise potatoes and our in-house citrus chantilly.
Choose your waffle type: Classic waffle, Bourbon, Lemon Lavender, Cornbread Jalapeno.

POLENTA AND SHRIMP
Pan-seared shrimp served atop a creamy polenta with creole spiced gravy topped with a fried green tomato.
BREAKFAST BOWL
Dauphinoise potatoes topped with your choice of eggs or marinated tofu. Served with roasted red peppers, tomatoes, bacon and cheese.
THE OMEGA CHICKEN AND WAFFLES
Our lemon lavender waffle is topped with our classic chicken served with a side of gold-flaked bourbon maple syrup and a side of dauphinoise potatoes.
BREAKFAST FLATBREAD
Covered in scrambled eggs, bacon, and cheese covered in our chimichurri hollandaise.
CRAB CAKE EGGS BENEDICT
